Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital products such as courses, trainings, presets and stock photos are non-refundable. Once you purchase a digital product, you have instant access to the product, and it cannot be returned. As such, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any digital products.
Monthly Management Services
Monthly subscriptions for management services can only be partially refunded before any work has been completed. Once work has been delivered in line with the agreed Scope of Work, no refunds can be issued for that period, as the service has been fulfilled.
If you believe that you have been charged in error or have a problem with accessing your digital product, please contact us immediately at hello@sellbeefdirect.com. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
