BUSINESS IDENTITY CLAUSE
Empowering Farmers ltd DBA Sell Beef Direct - I teach farmers how to sell their produce direct to consumer By using our services and providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from us as described in these terms.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any products or services provided by Empowering Farmers Ltd, operating as Sell Beef Direct (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Subscriptions and payment plans remain active until cancelled by you. It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing cycle.

Digital products are non-refundable. Services may only be partially refunded before work has commenced.

OPT-OUT & SUPPORT MECHANISMS CLAUSE
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 7782006767. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. CARRIER LIABILITY CLAUSE
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
